bought land in Queens, NY and developed a Burger King
which he still owns. Over the course of his career, Mr.
Chand acquired 23 KFCs in the Florida market and recently sold his interest and still owns the real estate in
Florida, GA & Alabama. His responsibilities were significant to implement strategies to boost sales through traditional and online promotional efforts. As a multi-unit

promotional campaigns to improve daily deals and sales
and created innovative bonus systems that helped cut employee turnover rates
